Cancellation policy

This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order placed with CAELAN.

CAELAN does not offer subscriptions or try-before-you-buy purchases. Some items may be available for pre-order from time to time.

Standard orders

If you need to cancel a standard order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@caelanapparel.com.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to cancel it and process a refund.

Once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You may still be able to return your item in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy, provided it meets the return conditions.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are buying a product before it is ready to ship. The expected delivery time is included on the product page and on the shopping cart. Payment is taken at checkout when you place your pre-order. This reserves your garment for you.

Cancelling a pre-order

You can cancel your pre-order at any time before your order has shipped.

To cancel a pre-order, email us at info@caelanapparel.com with your order number and cancellation request.

If your pre-order has not shipped, we will cancel your order and process your refund back to your original payment method.

Once your pre-order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may still be able to return your item in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy, provided it meets the return conditions.

Changing a pre-order

If you need to change your size, colour or delivery details before your pre-order ships, please contact us as soon as possible at info@caelanapparel.com.

If your requested change is available and your order has not shipped, we will do our best to update it. Because pre-order quantities may be limited, changes are not always guaranteed.
