Shipping policy
At Caelan Apparel, we want your order to arrive safely, smoothly and with as little fuss as possible.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about where we ship, delivery timeframes, shipping costs and pre-order delivery.
Where we ship
CAELAN currently delivers to Australia and New Zealand.
In some cases, international shipping may also be available. If you are outside Australia or New Zealand, please contact us at info@caelanapparel.com before placing your order so we can confirm whether shipping is available to your location.
Australian shipping
We offer standard shipping within Australia which usually takes 3–7 business days.
Standard shipping is:
- Free on orders over $150
- $12 for orders under $150
Express shipping
Express shipping may be available on eligible Australian orders. If your order is eligible for priority shipping, this option will appear at checkout. Express shipping usually takes 1–2 business days.
Express shipping is $18.
New Zealand shipping
New Zealand shipping usually takes 2–5 business days.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, customs processing and delivery conditions.
PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Please use a residential or business delivery address at checkout.
Order processing
For in-stock items, we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details by email.
During launch, pre-order periods, promotional periods or high-volume times, dispatch may take a little longer.
Pre-order shipping
If your order contains a pre-order item, your order will ship once the pre-order item is ready and has passed quality checks.
For CAELANs first production run, the estimated production lead time is up to 120 days from the start of production. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.

Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email.
Tracking can sometimes take a little while to update after your parcel has been collected. If your tracking has not updated after several business days, please contact us at info@caelanapparel.com and we can help look into it.
Delivery delays
Delivery delays can happen due to courier delays, weather events, public holidays, customs processing, high-volume periods or other circumstances outside our control.
If your order appears delayed, please check your tracking link first. If you are concerned, contact us at info@caelanapparel.com with your order number.
Incorrect delivery details
Please check your shipping details carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible at info@caelanapparel.com.
If your order has not shipped, we will do our best to update your details. Once your order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes and you may need to contact the delivery provider directly.
Lost parcels
If your tracking shows your parcel may be lost, please contact us at info@caelanapparel.com with your order number. We will review the tracking information and help you work through the next steps with the delivery provider.
