MADE FOR MOMENTS REGULAR CLOTHING FORGETS

CAELAN thigh and leg access pants are designed for people who need easier access to the thigh, knee, lower leg or foot during treatment or recovery. Our sweatpants include discreet leg zips to help support injections, dressing changes, IV access and post-surgery care without needing to fully undress.

With relaxed silhouettes, adjustable waistbands and soft cotton-blend fleece, these pants are made for appointments, recovery, long days at home and everything in between.

Shop by Treatment Need

Choose pants that allow access to the thigh or leg without needing to fully undress. CAELAN sweatpants include discreet thigh-to-mid-calf zips to help support injections, dressing changes and leg-related care.

Both the Comfort Access Wide Leg Sweatpant and Comfort Access Ankle Sweatpant include 45cm zips on the left and right legs, running from the thigh to mid-calf.

The Wide Leg Sweatpant has a relaxed open-leg silhouette with no ankle zip. The Ankle Sweatpant has a curved leg shape and includes additional 25cm ankle zips on both sides for more direct lower-leg or foot access.

The Wide Leg Sweatpant has a wider opening, which may make removing the pants over shoes easier. The Ankle Sweatpant includes ankle zips to help make lower-leg access and removal easier.

They may be helpful during post-surgery recovery if you need easier access for dressing changes, swelling, sensitivity or follow-up care. Always follow the advice of your treating team.
