Pre-sale means you are placing an order before the item is physically in stock and ready to dispatch.

Your order helps secure your garment from our upcoming production run. Once production is complete and stock is ready to ship, your order will be packed and sent to you.

Estimated delivery timing will be shown on each product page before you purchase.

As this is our first production run, current estimated delivery is approximately September 2026. We will keep you updated by email as production progresses and let you know when your order is ready to ship.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 for a full refund. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.

CAELAN is a new, independent brand. Pre-sale helps us produce our first collection thoughtfully and responsibly, while also helping customers secure the pieces they need before our first production run arrives.

It also helps us better understand demand across sizes and styles so we can continue building a range that genuinely supports treatment, recovery and everyday wear.

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. This secures your selected style, size and colour from our upcoming production run.

Yes. You may request to cancel your pre-sale order before it has been packed or shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched, our standard returns process applies.

We will always do our best to meet the estimated delivery window shown at the time of purchase. However, production and freight timelines can sometimes shift due to manufacturing, shipping, customs or other delays outside our control.

If anything changes, we will contact you with an update as soon as possible.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-sale items, they may be shipped together once all items are available.

If separate shipping is available, this will be explained at checkout or in your order updates.

If you don’t want to place a pre-sale order, you can register for stock notifications where available. We’ll let you know when stock is ready to dispatch, subject to availability after pre-sale orders have been fulfilled.
